Join us as we visit The Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans. Spend your Saturday afternoon sipping beer courtesy of Abita Brewing Company and gather to hear from Liz Williams, founder of the SoFAB and Liz Garibay, founder of The Chicago Brewseum. The duo will discuss how their organizations came to be and how food and beverage - past and present - are making an impact in the world of museums today.
Program begins at 2 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, complimentary beer is first come first serve, provided by Abita Brewing. Free with museum admission, but registration is requested.
