A Mexican icon of femininity, creativity, sexuality, authenticity, perseverance, and triumph, Frida Kahlo has empowered generations of people around the world. We all love and connect with Frida because there’s a little bit of the artist in all of us. Celebrating Frida is celebrating one another.

During this special after-hours event, guests will not only be the first to try this special brew but will also have the opportunity to experience the new exhibition, Frida Kahlo: Her Photos, now on display at the National Museum of Mexican Art via the Museo Frida Kahlo in Mexico City.

Viva La Frida is a 4.5% hibiscus and lime lager brewed in collaboration with Casa Humilde Cerveceria, the Chicago Brewseum, and the National Museum of Mexican Art.

Remarks from exhibition curators and beer collaborators will promptly take place at 6:30pm.

$10 ticket includes event, access to the exhibition, a Viva La Frida beer as well as select beers from Casa Humilde Cerveceria and our friends at Metropolitan Brewing. This event is 21+ only.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales will not be available on-site.
