Founded in 2019, Casa Humilde Cerveceria quickly made an indelible mark on Chicago’s craft beer scene. Founded by Javier and Jose Lopez, the Mexican-American brothers aimed to create something special that combined their native Chicago with their Mexican heritage. While the brewery has grown their brand and distribution via District Brew Yards, their dream has always been to have a place of their own. The time has come!
